A replacement stable building, the conversion of a redundant stable block to provide a swimming pool with leisure facility, and a replacement roof to the former farm house; all on a former working farm, now in established residential use with stables, stud and grazing land, comprising 88 acres and 25 buildings.
The former farmhouse was constructed during the 15th & 16th Century and is Listed Grade 11, as is the 17th/18th Century three bay barn which has an open gallery and is now the main estate office. This building is attached to the new pool leisure building
