What was the client looking for?
Our client had a vision to carry out a conversion, as well as a refurbishment and extension to this former period public house and outbuilding, located within a Conservation Area
They were looking to create four self contained flats and a detached family town house.
Historical Interests
The two buildings have immense historical interest. They have links with Ian Fleming & Lord Louis Mountbatten, and were used by the Allied Forces during WW11 for strategic planning.
